She has worked in the Conveyancing Department for over 4 years attending to reviewing and drafting of all types of real estate agreements, property transfers, bond registrations, advising on township developments and registrations, subdivisions and consolidations and all property related matters.
She assists with all aspects pertaining to trademarks and patents in Eswatini including trade mark searches, opinion on the availability and registrability of trademarks, filing and prosecution of trademarks, recordal of assignments and monitoring and managing trademark renewals.
She provides a wide range of services relating to corporate and commercial law including the drafting of commercial contracts, legal due diligence investigations, regulatory aspect of commercial transactions, the registration of companies, company secretarial work, trading licence applications, applications and renewals of temporary residence permits for company directors and employees and other forms of licence applications.
