Scope of work:

• Arbitrations: represented a number of clients in various arbitrations including representing Swazi Express in an arbitration with Air-Link regarding             the Matsapha/Johannesburg route, Medscheme Administrators and Swazimed.

• Commercial Litigation: been involved in a number of high profile commercial matters involving a number of clients such as banks, multi-national corporations, parastatals and municipalities.
• Constitutional Litigation: represented individuals and non­ governmental organizations in various constitutional challenges in the courts of Swaziland inclusive of the Doo Aphane vs Swaziland Government, EBC vs The Electoral Commission.

• Commercial & Competition Law: advised clients on commercial transactions on different subjects and competition merger transactions inclusive of the recent merger of Southern Star and Unitrans, Ngwane Mills and Premier and even on investigations conducted by the Competition Commission inclusive of the Eagles Nest (Pty) Limited and Crane Feeds investigation.

• Publications-Competition Law: Published a chapter on Competition Law on Swaziland  for  BG Bowman Gilfillan Competition Law Africa Magazine.

• Published an article with Gabsile Maseko to Getting the Deal Through – Merger Control 2014.
