Assists in the formation of companies on behalf of clients and to carry out all the necessary company secretarial duties. Plays a role in drafting and preparing legal documents, constitutions, policies and contracts.

Carries out extensive legal research and provides written legal opinions to corporate clients on numerous legislations. Also assists in advising corporate clients on Labour/Industrial issues and the chairing of disciplinary hearings.
